The applicant must be a delegate producer with at least two short films or one feature film to their name, so a screenwriter cannot apply alone. Session A is open to producers anywhere in the world with a project showing a clear intention to collaborate with Singapore or Southeast Asia through financing, creative talent, shooting locations or other resources. Session B is open to Singaporean producers, or Southeast Asian producers with a Singaporean co-producer attached. Feature film projects only, and projects with some financing already in place are prioritised. In-person attendance in Singapore from 26 October to 1 November 2026 is mandatory, and workshops are conducted in English.

Prizes

Prizes are named but not quantified anywhere. Session A projects are eligible for production support prizes awarded by the jury, and Session B projects for travel grants and placements at an international market, with the guidelines also referring to sponsored or cash prizes. No amounts, currency or number of prizes is published. Session A participants are offered a flight stipend and hotel accommodation in Singapore; Session B participants are offered hotel accommodation, with the guidelines silent on flights rather than excluding them.

Judging

Selection is by the festival, with prizes awarded by a jury whose members are not published. The 2026 Head of Studies is Séverine Tibi, creative analyst for Sons of Rigor Films and co-founder of Sevana Films. Applicants are notified by the end of September 2026. No feedback is given: the festival states plainly that it does not produce an individual explanation for the non-selection of an applicant.
