How to approach
Check who is open before you write anything. Their Film and TV submissions page directs you to the agents' own profiles to see which are currently taking submissions, and asks you to email one agent and one only. Emailing several at once is the fastest way to be ignored by all of them.
The package they ask for is unusually specific: a writing CV, three pitches for future projects at no more than a hundred words each, and a full writing sample with a one-page outline at the front. That outline is doing real work, so write it as an outline of the story rather than a summary of the themes. Note also that they state they do not accept submissions originated, written or edited by AI, which is a condition of submitting rather than a preference.
Their four-week rule is refreshingly usable: no reply by then generally means no, but they are happy to receive an enquiry after it has passed.

Who this is for: writers who can show range as well as a script. The three-pitch requirement means they are assessing a career rather than a single piece, so this rewards writers with a slate of ideas and a clear sense of what they want to write next.
Who should skip it: anyone with exactly one project and nothing behind it, and anyone who cannot honestly meet the no-AI condition.
The per-agent open status is the detail that catches people out. It changes, it is published on the individual profiles rather than the submissions page, and sending to a closed list wastes the one approach you get. Check first, then write to the one agent whose taste actually fits the work.
