How to approach
Send a short preliminary email and nothing attached. Their guidelines are that they cannot currently take submissions from new writers but will consider approaches from established writers with broadcast experience, and that the first contact should be an email describing your writing and which scripts are available to read. If it fits, they ask for the script themselves.
Two details decide whether the email works. They state they cannot open unsolicited attachments, so a PDF makes the message unreadable rather than more persuasive. And they only read television, film, theatre and radio scripts, so say which of those you are offering.
