How to approach
Send it to the right office. Their submissions page splits literary from production and says plainly that all literary submissions go to Characters East, so a script sent to the West office is in the wrong queue before anyone reads it.
The literary list they publish is an introductory letter or email, a resume, a portfolio or reel where you have one, and a maximum of two scripts, either a TV pilot or a feature. Two is a cap rather than a target: send your best one and a second only if it genuinely shows a different register. They note the submission is seen by all the agents in the office and that whoever is interested will make contact directly, so there is no individual to address it to and no benefit in trying to find one.
