How to approach
Name the agent in the subject line. Their becoming-a-client page asks writers and directors for a cover letter, a CV and examples of their work, and asks you to state clearly which agent you are seeking representation from. That last instruction is the one people skip, and it is the one that routes the email to a person rather than a pile.
Send electronically. They state that submissions made by post will not be considered at all, so a printed script is not a stronger gesture, it is a discarded one. Six weeks of silence means a pass by their own account, which at least makes the waiting finite.
