How to approach
Their film, TV and theatre page is separate from their book page, and it is the one that governs screenwriting. Email only, with a covering letter of no more than one A4 page about you and your writing background, an optional writing CV, and a brief summary of the work. That is the whole submission.
Do not attach the script. They state plainly that scripts and pitches will not be read unless requested, so the letter has to carry the whole approach.
Two things they say that are worth respecting. They are not actively seeking clients at the moment, which is unusually candid and worth believing. And any representation email sent as part of a round robin is deleted, so this cannot be one of twenty.
