How to approach
Send an enquiry, not a script. Their guidelines ask you to email their submissions address with Representation Enquiry in the subject line followed by the name of the agent you are approaching, to write to one agent at a time, and to include information about yourself, a CV and a showreel where you have one.
Anything beyond that is discarded: they state that unsolicited material arriving by post or email is unread and immediately deleted. They also say a recommendation from a producer, development executive or course tutor makes them more likely to consider you, so if you have one, name the person and describe the endorsement rather than just claiming it.
One warning about their site. A separate submissions page invites full manuscripts and belongs to their children's books department. It is not the screen route, and following it will send a screenplay to the wrong desk.

Who this is for: writers who can introduce themselves well and, ideally, name someone in the industry who suggested they get in touch. The referral is not required but they say it improves your chances, which is about as clear as this ever gets.
Who should skip it: anyone whose instinct is to attach the screenplay. The policy on unsolicited material is unambiguous and applies to email as well as post.
The reason this entry carries a warning is that their own site publishes two different submissions pages with different rules, and the more welcoming one is for children's books. Use the submission guidelines page for screen and ignore the other entirely.
